So I’ve set up a new business and created this exciting new range of gourmet, modern meals which contain no additives, artificial preservatives and are gluten free. I’ve used only the finest quality ingredients to make these meals and you will want more, more, more when you taste them!
As a child my mum taught me to cook and food has always been close to my heart so all the dishes are based on traditional family recipes but with my own unique, contemporary twist created to complement a contemporary lifestyle.....In doing so I want to take you on a culinary journey to the Caribbean, a place rich in culture and history.
In case you didn't know, Caribbean cuisine is continually evolving, drawing its influence from the best in European, Africian, Asian and south American cuisine. Caribbean Kitchen is my contribution to this exciting evolution. I hope when you try my gourmet Caribbean dishes, you will taste the passion I have put into them..... just for you!
